Title: Kickboxing Camp
Description: Saturday, April 12th from 6:30-9:30pm and Sunday, April 13th from 10am-1pm. Camp Registration Fee is $25 per person. Whether you regularly attend kickboxing classes, train in another art, or have never trained in a martial art, this camp is hugely beneficial. Learning to properly strike and kick can save your life. Kickboxing style is based on Muay Thai kickboxing from Thailand, the single most effective striking art in the world.
